Each of the 21 apartments/flats have ceramic tiles in the local colours and with every careful detail. All flats dispose of fully comfort such as digital channels and sky TV channels.
At the arrival we will offer to our guests a basket with special breakfast products and an additional courtesy set(shower gel + shampoo).
Bedroom apartment is composed by:
- double bed+ living room with kitchen in one habit + bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms apartment is composed by:
- Double room + sofa bed for 2pax in fully stuffed kitchen + bathroom with shower and wall hair dryer.
- Self phone with outside liine available in all apartments(press ‘0’ for the outside line)
- Laundry room available on the 5th floor terrace also complete of iron and iron board(ask reception for details)
Most flats are with view on the Amalfi Coast sea, some with side sea-view and few with garden view.
Few steps away from the new ‘Residence Due Torri’(open all year long) you can discover the 4 stars ‘Hotel club 2 Torri’ where you can taste(from April till September only) the delicious continental buffet breakfast just for 5,00 euros per person and eventually lunch or dinner on our top roof restaurant overlooking the sea of Maiori, at the great price of 25,00 euros per person per meal.

Payment policies:
- Confirmation deposit = 30% of the total amount of stay;
- Remained amount to be paid on the spot at the arrival and not at departure;
- Caution deposit at the arrival = € 150,00 which will be given in return at the end of stay only in case there will be not damages of any kind to the flats.

From June 1st to September 30th 2012 the City of Maiori will introduce the Tourism tax applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 04 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate is Euro 1,25 per person per night for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights, and it is not applied to:
- children (up to 10 years old);
- disabled persons who must present appropriate documentation to the manager of the hotel.
